If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

If you use our API services:

• You must comply with rate limits and usage quotas for your subscription tier
• API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys
• Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension
• We reserve the right to modify API endpoints and functionality with notice

The Transcription service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Transcription and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Transcription is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Generated captions and translations will be 100% accurate
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

In no event shall Transcription or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Transcription, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transcription and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
